No Control, Rockaille Billy 2021

Grape: Gamay

Region: Auvergne, France

Vincent from No Control describes his aim as that of making “pure, fresh, generous wines of high drinkability…” using byodynamic farming.

From a south-east facing plot grown on granite and basalt, this is the lightest and most fruit forward of Vincent's wines. lightly spiced black currants, liquorice and baked black plums with peppermint and lime. Proudly no hint of fining, filtering or added SO2.
