Grape: Grenache

Region: Catalonia, Spain 

A light blend of Syrah, Merlot, Sumoll from 20 year old vines over granite and sand. The grapes are harvested by hand, fermented as whole bunches and macerated for six days, before pressed into steel vats for aging on lees. Light and earthy with a rustic feel.
