Patrick Bouju & Justine Loiseau, Festejar! Blanc 2023

Grape: Chardonnay, Silvaner, Pinot Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Gewürztraminer

Region: Auvergne, France

Festejar means to celebrate, and thats the right word for it!

Elegant and classy, creamy yet crisp. This fizz has a super elegant nose for a Pet Nat, more Jura Cremant or Loire Chenin-esque. Wonderful bubble structure with notes of brioche, vanilla and lemon rind.
