Camille 2018 is a rare red wine from Jean-Pierre Robinot, made with Pineau d’Aunis grapes from 110 year old vines and aged for 15 months in old barrels.

This special Robinot bottle tastes exceptional, It features the usual peppery spice of the grape brilliantly showcased by the master, as well as forest fruits but here also with an interesting note of cacao, umami, mushrooms and dark chocolate. Very different to his usual wine characteristics and a welcome surprise.
