Grape: Pineau d’Aunis

Pineau d’Aunis from eighty to one hundred-year-old vines. The fruit undergoes whole-bunch fermentation for three weeks before aging in old barrels for fifteen months. Ruby red in the glass with aromas of strawberry and spice on the nose, soft tannins and mineral notes on the palate, and a long finish.
