Domaine Rousset-Peyraguey, De Labore Solis 2012 (50cl) (VDF)

Grape: Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle

Botrytised sweet wine from Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle, grown over limestone rich soils hand harvested from Bommes (Haut-Barsac) and Bordeux. The fruit were fermnted spontaneaously, with minimal sulphur and extended time on lees, before four to six years of aging in old oak and acacia barrels. 

Orange-blossom, honey and dried stone fruits on the palate with driving acidity. Lifted honey, citrus and saffrom aromas on the nose. A silky, well-balanced, digestif.
