This red is a blend of old vine, dry-farmed organic Carignan, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon from Testa Vineyard in Mendocino County, planted in 1912 - vines are rooted in alluvial sedimentary soils. Fermented in whole clusters using wild yeasts, it's unfined and unfiltered, with minimal SO2 added.

Supple, acid-driven and focused, you'll find notes of dark fruit with peppercorn, anise and a touch of smoke.
