Sistema Vinari, Lo Vilero 2023

Grape: 50% Malvasia Volcanica & 50% Listán Negro 

Region: Santa Margalida, Mallorca

Escursac, hand-harvested from vines at Cati Ribot. The grapes are fermented as whole bunches for 10 days, then aged in old barrels for one year. The result is a light- to medium-bodied red with bold Mediterranean character: dark fruit, subtle herbs, and salty minerals.
