Region: Roero, Italy 

Barbera harvested by hand in Roero, from vineyards surrounding Hamlet and Torriglione. The grapes are fermented in concrete and steel vats for twelve to fifteen days, followed by malolactic fermentation in concrete and subsequent cold stabilization. The wine is then aged in concrete, steel, or fibreglass for six months. Aromas of strawberry and flowers lead to a structured, tannic palate with rich red fruit and bright acidity.
