Grape: Aligoté

Region: Burgundy

Archetypal Aligoté of real clarity and charm. The nose is fresh and inviting, with green apple aromas and a clean, mineral lift. On the palate it is dry, firm and focused, with lively acidity and a stony, precise finish that makes it endlessly refreshing and moreish.
