Region: Piedmont, Italy 

Cortese harvested from a 17ha vineyard in Monferrato, 350m above sea level. The grapes spend 30–40 days on the skins with native yeasts, undergoing spontaneous fermentation, aged in steel tanks for 12 months, followed by another five in bottle. A rich amber hue in the glass, with honey and nuttiness on the palate, accompanied by great structure and complexity.
