Grape: Savagnin

Region: Cramans, Jura, France 

Savagnin harvested from thirty year old vines grown over clay and marl. The fruit was pressed directly into old barrels for three years of élevage, followed by another six months sous voile. A slightly bitter palate with notes of citrus and minerals, and great acidity.
