Domaine des Trouillères, Annolium Blanc 2023

Grape: Chardonnay, Gamay

Region: Auvergne, France

The grapes are harvested by hand. The wines are vinified with indigenous yeasts, without filtering. Notes of yellow apple, lemon, fresh stone fruit and a smoky mineral tension on the finish.
