Organic Chardonnay grapes grown on 60 year old vines in Meursault were harvested by hand. Fermentation with wild yeast and aged in old oak barrels for 15 months. Unfiltered, unfined, no added sulphur. Full bodied white Burgundy that is round and rich but has the high acidity to match. Citrus, white flowers and minerals. Best served with food. Will age very well for a long time to come.
